Job Objective
CCTV & Access Control Technician tasks to inspect and maintain ELV components such as Analog and IP camera, Access control systems and building main intercom systems.
Key Responsibilities
- 1.Assemble, install, test, repair and maintain all ELV Equipment’s using hand tools and power tools.
- 2.Diagnose malfunctioning CCTV systems, apparatus and components by using test equipment and hand tools in order to locate the cause of a breakdown and to correct / rectify the problem as soon as possible.
- 3. Installs, services and repairs intercom systems.
- 4. Program Access Control Panels & Systems coordinate with superiors
- 5. Install & Program DVR Recording Units coordinate with superiors.
- 6. Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
- 7. Meet with HSE Supervisors/Engineer daily to receive areas of concentration and special assignments.
- 8. Can perform other duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and request officer concerned for any material requirement.
- 9.Perform all delegated tasks assigned by HSE Engineer based on security patrolling reports.
- 10.Adhere to Corporate standards as stated in departmental training manual.
- 11.Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager or by the Department Head.

Requisite Qualifications
- Secondary School / Diploma or Certificate Holder as an Electrician or any other similar qualification.
Experience Requirement
- Secondary School with 4-6 Years of Experience
Skill Sets
- Good understanding in proper handling of electrical equipment's / power tools and able to maintain them in perfect working order
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Ability to analyze the root cause of electrical fault
- Excellent understanding in electrical related works
- Knows how to fix electrical issues or faults
