Department: Sales
Job Objective
To ensure that adequate and effective secretarial support is available to the Line Manager and other team members of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand department and office management structure.
- Deal with external callers and visitors.
- Carry out secretarial tasks as required and directed by Line manager and other team members
- Assist where required in any other administrative function for Sales Department
- Organize and priorities own workload to provide effective planned support for the Sales Department.
- Liaise with management and other departments as necessary.
- Inter departmental co-ordination
- Obtains caller's name and arranges for appointment with person called upon.
- Maintain a comprehensive filling system
- Record minutes of meetings *Ensure compliance with the company’s policies , rules and procedures related to Health , Safety and Environmental Management.
Requisite Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Secretarial course (Preferable)
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Skill Sets
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently - both verbal and written
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in using MS Office Product
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
