RAK Properties PJSC, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading private property developer announces the appointment of James Marsh as their Chief Development Officer. This is part of the company’s ongoing transformation plan, aimed at accelerating growth and strengthening the real estate development pipeline.
James will be responsible for developing RAK Properties’ land bank, including master planned communities that provide a variety of residential, hospitality and commercial real estate.
He brings over 25 years of proven experience across the real estate sector, particularly large-scale mixed-use property development and is recognised for his ability to plan, implement, and turn complex projects into highly profitable investments, gained from his in-depth knowledge and industry experience across the Middle East, South Atlantic, and Indian Ocean regions.

In his previous roles, James successfully implemented and managed over US$50bn of real estate developments, provided strategic advice and solutions on important government initiatives and delivered growth to new and established real estate businesses.
Major projects completed in the Middle East include World Trade Centre, Yas Hotel and Al Mamoura in Abu Dhabi and Al Nasseem Hotel and Emaar Boulevard Towers in Dubai.
Prior to joining RAK Properties, James worked with leading developers, including Aldar, Modon, and Jumeirah Group in the UAE.
